Intellectual Property Infringement Notices

In force since 28 August 2026

This page describes how to notify the operator that material published on the site infringes an intellectual property right, and how such notices are handled.

1.Who may submit a notice

A notice may be submitted by the holder of the right concerned or by a person authorised to act on the holder’s behalf. A representative encloses evidence of the authorisation.

2.Contents of a notice

A notice should contain:

  • identification of the right claimed to be infringed, together with evidence of entitlement to it, such as a registration number or an extract from a trademark register;
  • the exact address (URL) of each piece of material on this site to which the notice relates;
  • a description of the material and of the manner in which it infringes the right;
  • the name and contact details of the person submitting the notice;
  • a statement that the person submitting the notice believes in good faith that the information given in it is accurate.

3.Where to send a notice

Notices are accepted at contact@syntaxcrew.pl. Each notice receives confirmation of receipt.

4.Handling of a notice

A notice meeting the requirements set out above is examined within 30 days. The material is removed, or the person submitting the notice receives a statement of the reasons for which removal was refused. A notice lacking a required element is returned with an indication of what is missing.

5.Scope of removal

The listings published on the site link to offers on third-party marketplaces. Removal concerns the copy of the material held on this site; the operator has no control over the source offer and its removal requires a notice to the marketplace on which it is published.
