How to Order Your First Haul

Agents like KakoBuy, USFans, and AllChinaBuy are middlemen services. Since you can't order directly from Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, Weidian, 1688) from Poland or other countries, agents buy products on your behalf, store them in their warehouse, take QC photos, and ship everything to you internationally.

Click the agent link to go to the purchase page. Select your size carefully! Chinese sizing runs smaller than EU/US - always check the seller's size chart in the listing description. If it's not visible, paste the link into USFans or JoyaBuy - size charts show up better there.

Pay for your items plus domestic shipping (¥5-15 per item - this is shipping within China to the agent warehouse). Most agents accept PayPal, credit cards, Alipay, and more. You'll pay for international shipping later once all items arrive at the warehouse.

Items arrive at the agent warehouse within 2-7 days. Once stored, you'll get QC (Quality Check) photos. This is your last chance to spot defects before international shipping! Review every photo carefully. If something's wrong, request a return now - it's free or cheap at this stage.

Before shipping, request 'Rehearsal Packaging'. Select all items you want to ship, then click Rehearsal Packing. Add Stretch Film (prevents customs from opening and stealing) - always worth it for security! Pay the small weighing fee (usually ~15zł). After 24h, you'll get exact weight and package photos.

After rehearsal, click 'Submit parcel', choose your shipping line, select 'Buy Insurance' (always!), and apply any discount codes. For Poland: DPD and DHL are fastest (9-13 days), Europe Tariffless Line (ETL) is cheapest but slower. If multiple DHL options exist, pick the cheapest - they all deliver the same speed!

You'll get a tracking number after shipping. Don't rely on agent tracking - it often shows 'invisible' status for days! Use RepCartel Tracking for the most accurate updates. Your package arrives! DHL/DPD deliver Mon-Fri, 8:00-18:00. Check contents against your order. If anything's damaged or missing, report immediately and contact agent support with photos. With insurance, you'll get refunded. Congratulations on your first successful haul!
