Order Status Guide

Your payment went through! The agent will now purchase the item from the seller on your behalf. This usually happens within 24 hours during business days. Remember: China is +7 hours ahead of Poland, so if you order in the evening, they might not start until morning their time.

The agent successfully bought your item from the seller. Now we wait for the seller to ship it to the agent's warehouse. This is the most variable stage - some sellers ship same day, some take 5-7 days. If it's been over 7 days, you can ask the agent to contact the seller.

The seller shipped your item! It's now traveling within China to the agent's warehouse. This domestic shipping takes 2-5 days. The tracking might be limited at this stage - don't worry, it'll update once it arrives at the warehouse.

Your item arrived at the warehouse! The agent team is now inspecting it, taking photos, and weighing it. This usually takes 12-24 hours. After this, you'll see QC photos and the status will change to 'Available for shipment'.

Your item is ready to ship internationally! Review the QC photos carefully. If everything looks good, you can add this item to a shipment. If you're waiting for more items, they'll stay stored for free for 90-180 days (depends on agent). Bundle multiple items to save on shipping!
