The Golden Rule

Returns are only practical while items are at the agent warehouse. Once shipped internationally, return shipping often costs MORE than the item itself. This is why checking QC photos is so crucial - decide before you ship!

Valid Return Reasons

Accepted: Item doesn't match listing (wrong color/size/model), visible defects (stains, tears, damage), missing items, significantly worse quality than shown. Maybe accepted: 'Changed my mind' - depends on seller. Not accepted: Minor variations that are normal for replicas.

How to Request a Return

Go to your order in the agent dashboard, find the item, and click 'Return Goods' or 'Request Return'. Provide: 1) Clear photos showing the issue, 2) Description of what's wrong, 3) What you want (refund or exchange). The agent contacts the seller - this takes 2-5 days for a response.

Return Costs

Domestic return shipping (warehouse → seller) is ¥8-20 (~5-15zł) per item. This is deducted from your refund. If the seller was clearly at fault (wrong item, damaged), they often cover return shipping. International returns: Don't do it unless the item costs 500+ zł.

Refund Timeline

After seller receives returned item: 3-7 business days for refund to process. Money goes to your agent account balance. You can: 1) Use balance for future orders (fastest), 2) Withdraw to PayPal (3-5 extra days), 3) Withdraw to bank (5-10 extra days).
